Customer Reviews
Good deal on a 'refurbished'
Got 15% off a 'refurbished' iPhone 12 Pro, shipping was super fast, but activating the Congstar SIM-Karte was a bit confusing online.
Love my new Allnet Flat!
I just switched to the Allnet Flat mit GB+ and it's fantastic! The network coverage is really strong everywhere I go, and the data speed is super quick. Setting up the eSIM was surprisingly easy too. I'm definitely recommending Congstar to all my friends, and I will absolutely shop here again for my next phone!
Easy SIM activation
I got the Prepaid Wie ich will. SIM card arrived fast. Activation was simple online. Works great for calls and data. No issues so far.
Good value, minor snag
I signed up for the DSL 100 plan and overall, I'm satisfied. The internet speed is consistent, and the price point felt fair for what I'm getting. Delivery of the WLAN Router was quick, arriving in about three days. My only small complaint is that the initial setup instructions could have been clearer; I had to look up a video to get everything connected perfectly. Customer service was helpful when I called, though.
Good deal on a Samsung Galaxy
I was looking for a new phone and saw a good offer on a Samsung Galaxy here. I compared it to a few other places and this one seemed to have the best overall value, especially with the included plan. The price was competitive, and the delivery was free, which always helps the budget. It felt like a smart purchase and I definitely saved some money compared to buying the phone outright somewhere else.
Got a Google Pixel, pretty smooth
So I ordered a Google Pixel from Congstar the other week. The process was pretty straightforward. It got here in about 4 days, which is decent. Setup was easy, just popped in my old SIM. Everything felt pretty chill, no major drama or anything. The phone's good, works as expected. Happy with it.

Do they take PayPal for payments? Or just direct debit?
Hey guys, thinking about switching to Congstar. How long does it actually take to get your number ported over from your old provider?
How good is the Congstar network really? Is it actually Telekom, or is it a bit worse?
Is the 5G option actually free with some plans? Or is that just like a trial then you pay for it?
Thinking of getting a new iPhone with them. Are their device prices competitive or should I just buy it unlocked elsewhere?
